MPX CAPACTIORS are constructed with metalized polypropylene film dielectric, copper-ply lead, encapsulated in plastic case with epoxy resin sealed.
They provide interference Suppression with safety approvals of EN132400, IEC384-14-14-Ⅱ, (UL, CSA=250AC)file NO.E120045 and VDE0565-1 class X2(275VAC) file NO.40008520

APPLICATIONS

THE TYPE - MPX CAPACITORS ARE IDEAL FOR USING Line-By-Pass, Antenna coupling, Accross-The-Line and Spark killer circuits and available for EMI filter and switching power supply application, such as: Type-writers, adding machines, computer displays, monitors, mixers, fans, audio,TV circuits, coffee grinders, blower and sanders.

SPECIFICATIONS

1.	OPERATING TEMPERATURE RANG: -40℃~+100℃
2.	CAPACITOR RANGE: .01~1µF
3.	CAPACITOR TOLERANCE : J= + 5%, K= + 10%, M= + 20%
4.	RATED VOLTAGE: 250VAC/275VAC
5.	DISSIPATION FACTOR: 0.1% MAX. when measured at 1KHz, 25℃.
6.	INSULATION RESISTANCE(IR) : Measured after a changing voltage 100 + 15VDC for 1 minute ì) if C < .33µF, IR > 15,000MΩ ìì) if C > .33µF, IR > 5,000MΩ．µF.
7.	DIELECTRIC STRENGTH TEST: Applied 1185 VDC for 1 minute or 2000VDC for 1 second.
8.	HUMIDITY-TEST: Shall withstand the test of RH 95% at 40℃ for 21 days. After the test, the capacitance drift < 5% IR > 50% of specified value.
9.	LIEF TEST: The test voltage 313VAC shall be applied for 1000 hours in the +100℃ chamber. During the period, 1000VAC 60Hz for a period of 0.1 sec be applied once each hour. After the test, the capacitor must meet the following limits: (A) Capacitance drift 10% of the initial value. (B) Insulation resistance 50% of specified value.
10.	LEAD PULL TEST: Shall withstand a steady pull of 1kg applied axially for 10 seconds.
11.	LEAD BEND TEST: The test consists of attaching a load of 1kg to the capacitor 90°from the direction of lead egress, the 180°in opposite direction and back to starting point. The lead shall sustain two cycles without breaking.
12.	MARKING: Must be legible correct and consists of capacitance tolerance, rated voltage, type designation climatic category, manufacturer's trade mark "CARLI", date code and recognition marks.
